We’re scaling quickly, and we need someone strategic, ambitious, hard-working and entrepreneurial to work directly with the CEO and leadership team on high-impact projects.

This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving tough problems, and is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves on execution as they are structuring and delivering strategy.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Execution

Deliver ad-hoc special projects across the business.

Provide strategic planning and execution support to department leads (Sales, Marketing, Customer, etc).

Lead the adoption of AI for internal tooling – identifying opportunities, trialling new products, and rolling out solutions across functions.

Be the in-house AI expert and champion, spotting and driving initiatives to improve efficiency and impact.

Management & Reporting

Own weekly Team All Hands deck and monthly Leadership deck.

Own maintaining and sharing the weekly Management Information (MI) pack to stakeholders.

Work with our data analyst to ensure the credibility and accuracy of company data.

Coordinate with Finance to ensure reporting is accurate and up to date.

Lead on company OKR tracking, reporting, and accountability.

Founder Support

Lead cultural initiatives – from monthly socials to team offsites.

Research, prepare, and brief founders ahead of meetings with key stakeholders.

Draft critical communications: investor updates, team announcements, and external emails.

Support with travel planning and ad-hoc operational needs.

What We’re Looking For

~2 years consulting experience (strategy or management consulting preferred).

Highly skilled with Excel and strong proficiency in SQL.

A proactive self-starter with energy, ambition, and a "get it done" attitude.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to switch seamlessly between detail and big picture.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and enjoys building structure where none exists.
